Arif Zulkarnain

Arif serves as the Head of Hotel Department at BINUS University. Before shifting his career to become a full time academic, he had worked in hospitality industry for more than 20 years. His research interests are in tourism destination, hospitality management, and consumer behavior in hospitality industry.
