The team collected used coffee grounds and orange peels from Les Saveurs and used them as a base for soap. This soap was made by a circular company called ‘SOOP’. The students made a stand in La Mangerie and tried to raise awareness on how to reuse waste in a creative, yet simple way. School ordered 1500 soaps, which the team handed out as a gift for being chosen ‘Best Hotelschool of the Netherlands’ by the national student survey, together with free coffee and crostini with orange marmalade.
